Similar to our Signature Champagne Truffle, with a chocolate ganache infused with Dom Perignon Champagne, except the coating is DARK chocolate with unsweetened chocolate powder.

I have an elderly friend who has been quite isolated and down during this pandemic. As a special splurge, I sent her 9 truffles at Christmas and I just sent her 9 for Valentine’s.
She said they were fabulous! She ate one each night after dinner. It gave her something to look forward to and it was a little pick me up each day.
I can’t be with her during this rough time, so I am thankful to send her these dark chocolate champagne truffles. Z
