Truffles

Our handmade truffles come in various flavors and some with nuts or liquor. All of our products are fresh and absolutely NO preservatives, vegetable oil, artificial coloring or flavoring are used.

Champagne: our signature piece, a Dom Perignon Champagne cream center surrounded with a dark chocolate ganache coated in milk chocolate and sprinkled with confectioners sugar

Dark Champagne Truffle: same as the Champagne Truffle except the coating is dark chocolate and sprinkled with unsweetened chocolate powder

Milk Truffle: milk chocolate ganache coated in milk chocolate

Dark Truffle: dark chocolate ganache coated in dark chocolate

Walnut: dark chocolate ganache mixed with bits of caramelized walnuts

Almond: dark chocolate ganache with a caramelized almond on top

Cocoa: dark triple chocolate ganache sprinkled with unsweetened chocolate powder

White Truffle: white chocolate ganache coated in white chocolate

Pumpkin seed: milk chocolate ganache mixed bits pumpkin seeds and coated in milk chocolate

Milk Buttercrunch: milk chocolate ganache in a crunchy nougat shell and coated in milk chocolate

Dark Buttercrunch:dark chocolate ganache in a crunchy nougat shell and coated in dark chocolate

Pistachios: white pistachios ganache mixed with pistachios puree and coated in dark chocolate

Nama:dark chocolate ganache with a hint of nutty flavor dusted with cocoa powder

Bailey’s:white chocolate ganache mixed with Bailey’s Irish cream coated in milk chocolate

Wine:White chocolate cream ganache with sweet late harvest Sauterne fromFrance coated in dark chocolate

Grand Marnier: dark chocolate ganache infused with Grand Marnier coated in dark chocolate

Kirsch:dark chocolate ganache infused with Kirsch Swiss cherry liquor and coatedin dark chocolate

Irish Coffee:dark chocolate ganache infused with Tullamore Irish whiskey coatedin milk chocolate

Vodka:dark chocolate ganache infused with Vodka and coated in dark chocolate

Apricot:white chocolate ganache infused with Apricotine (apricot liqueur) coated in white chocolate

Lemon:dark chocolate ganache infused with lemon oil and Limoncello

Orange:dark chocolate ganache mixed with freshly squeezed orange juice coatedin dark chocolate and sprinkled with chocolate powder

Raspberry:dark chocolate ganache infused with raspberry paste and Framboise Eau de Vie coated in dark chocolate

Milk Caramel:milk chocolate ganache flavored with caramel (not chewy or liquid)

Salted Dark Caramel:dark chocolate salted ganache coated in dark chocolate sprinkled with sea salt from France

Salted Milk Caramel:milk chocolate salted ganache coated in milk chocolate sprinkled with sea salt from France

Jasmine:dark chocolate ganache infused with jasmine tea coated in dark chocolate

Rose: dark chocolate ganache infused with natural rose oil coated in white chocolate

Lavender: dark chocolate ganache infused with natural lavender oil coated in white chocolate

Mocca:dark chocolate ganache mixed with coffee coated in dark chocolate

Gianduja

The Italian word “gianduja” refers to a filling of finely ground nuts and chocolate, resulting in a very smooth texture with pronounced nutty flavor. The Teuscher gianduja is ground in a triple mill machine without adding any other kind of oil or fat.

White: white chocolate almond gianduja coated in white chocolate

Mocca: milk chocolate almond & hazelnut gianduja with coffee, coated in milk chocolate

Orange: milk chocolate almond & hazelnut gianduja with bits of candied oranges, coated in milk chocolate

Hazelnut milk: milk chocolate hazelnut gianduja coated in milk chocolate

Hazelnut dark: dark chocolate hazelnut gianduja coated in dark chocolate

Walnut milk: milk chocolate walnut and hazelnut gianduja with a walnut halve on top, coated in milk chocolate

Walnut dark: dark chocolate walnut gianduja coated in dark chocolate

Zebra: white, milk and dark chocolate almond & hazelnut gianduja, half coated in dark chocolate

Duchesse: milk chocolate almond & hazelnut gianduja with finely sliced almonds, coated in milk chocolate

Almond: triple dark chocolate almond gianduja coated in dark chocolate with araw almond on top

Pompadour: dark chocolate ganache coated in dark chocolate with a top of slivers of almonds mixed with honey

Marzipan

The Teuscher marzipan is made from 2/3 almonds (or pistachios or walnuts) and 1/3 confectioner’s sugar. Most other marzipan are sweeter and cheaper. The colors of our marzipan are 100% natural – red from beet root extract and green from spinach extract.

Walnut: almond marzipan with bits of walnut mixed with white chocolate coated in dark chocolate with a walnut half on top

White Orange marzipan: almond marzipan mixed with orange coated in white chocolate

Dark Orange marzipan: almond marzipan mixed with orange coated in dark chocolate

Plain: almond marzipan coated in dark chocolate sprinkled with almond bits

Raspberry: almond marzipan infused with raspberry liqueur coated in dark chocolate

Pistachios: pistachios marzipan coated in Dark chocolate

Praline

Our praline filling has the same ingredients as the gianduja; the difference is in the process. Sugar is melted and almonds are mixed in. When this mixture cools, it hardens into a brittle, and is crushed in a mixer, resulting in a light crunchy filling that’s then combined with chocolate.

Log: the praline filling is mixed & coated with milk chocolate with bits of nougat on top

Milk Pistachio: praline filling mixed with milk chocolate and pistachio bits, coated in milk chocolate and decorated with a pistachio on top

Napoleon: praline filling mixed & coated with milk chocolate

White Pistachio: praline filling mixed with white chocolate and bits of pistachios and coated in white chocolate

Piano: plain praline filling (no chocolate) and coated in dark chocolate

Caramels

Chocolate Caramel: chewy caramel coated in milk or darkchocolate

Salted Caramel: chewy caramel coated in dark or milk chocolate sprinkled with sea salt from France

Nougatine: very chewy caramel made with honey and bits of nougat coated in dark chocolate

Caramel: chewy and buttery caramel made with fresh cream and regular sugar. No chocolate

Salted Dark Caramel truffles: dark chocolate salted ganache coated in dark chocolate sprinkled with sea salt from France

Pistachio Honey Crunch: pistachios crushed and mixed with honey &whitechocolate

Nougat Montelimar: original French, tender Nougat half coated in dark chocolate

3-Nuts: roasted and caramelized hazelnuts coated in milk or dark chocolate

Florentines: a soft & chewy almond nougat with honey, cream and candied fruit on a milk or dark chocolate disc

Hand Dipped Fruit

At Teuscher we are proud to use only fresh fruit with absolutely NO use of gel, artificial coloring, flavoring or preservatives.

Lemon: lemon jelly coated in dark chocolate with a candied lemon wedge on top

Orange Slice: candied orange slice, half dipped in either milk, dark or white chocolate

Orange Peel: candied orange peel coated in either milk or dark chocolate

Lemon Peel: candied lemon peel coated in dark chocolate (white stripe on top)

Apricot: apricot dipped in either dark, milk or whitechocolate

Amarena: sweet bitter cherry puree in a milk or dark shell
