Multi Orders Shipped for Christmas
Gilles assisted me with 9 separate orders this month. To my knowledge, not a single mistake was made, though I have not confirmed receipt with three different deliveries personally. One thing to improve: the order portal. No option to uncheck the box for Billing/Shipping and fields are pre-filled assuming Bill to/Ship to is identical so that info must be deleted and re-entered for shipping to someone other than myself.

Very good up until my last piece which was the Lemon. It had no lemon taste and actually hardly any taste at all. Not sure what happened there ? ?

I love Teuscher chocolates but I gave it 2 stars because you have removed the option where I can select the truffles I want. So, I pay a lot of money for what you think I might like. While the truffles were excellent as usual, I don't think I'll be ordering again because if I'm going to pay a lot of money for chocolate, I want to pick what I want. If you look up my orders, you'll see I've been buying a lot of chocolate from you for years, because I can't pick my own, I won't be buying any more. If you add the option back so that I can pick my own, I'll gladly buy more.

Holiday gift
Teucher’s chocolates are the best. Living in Chicago for many years, they also became a go to gift. I ordered this year late but they still delivered early on Sunday before Christmas. The best service too!
