Processing Orders

Orders begin processing within 24 hours of placement and ship according to shipping method chosen and the day of the week the order is received. 

Warm Weather 

Due to the unique and perishable nature of our products, orders being shipped to warm climates above 72 degrees must be shipped Overnight or Express with ice. Please select ice option for warm destinations. Teuscher is not responsible for melting. If ice is not selected for warm destinations, the order will NOT be shipped.

Future Ship Date

    Write the Date you would like us to ship at Check Out

    No Saturdays or Sundays

    Fridays:

    2nd Day – delivery the following Tuesday

    Overnight – delivery the following Monday

    Overnight Saturday – delivery the next day on Saturday

    Shipping Methods

    Messenger

    • Cut off time to: Noon CST
    • Past the cut off time the order will be sent the following day
    • No Saturday or Sunday service

    FedexExpress 2days

    • Orders ship Monday to Friday only. Except FL
    • Cut-off time is 2pm CST
    • Orders placed or received past 2pm on Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday
    • NO Sunday delivery

    Fedex Overnight

    • Orders ship Monday to Friday only. Cut-off time is 2pm CST
    • Orders placed or received past 2pm on Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday

    No signature required 

    All orders are shipped “no signature required” which means the package will be left at the shipping address, which may mean simply left on a residential doorstep.

    We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen or melted after Fedex has completed the delivery 

    Important Delivery Address information

    • Detailed address information including a phone number is required.
    • Please add apt# or unit #, company name, department, suite or floor where applicable.
    • Teuscher is not responsible for errors in address information provided by the customer.
    • Fedex charges a $15.00 fee for return or redelivery of a package due to address errors.
    • Address error fees will be charged back to the customer.  

    SHIPPING DISCLAIMER 

    Teuscherdoes not guarantee delivery times once the order is handed over to Fedex, the shipping carrier.

    Teuscher is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, Fedex equipment failure, Fedex sorting management or Fedexhigher shipment volume handling

    Teuscher is not responsible for any orders returned due to a refusal of delivery or invalid/incorrect address or non-adherence to our shipping policies

    All Sales are final, no return, no refund, no exchange, no store credit
