Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours
Due to the unique and perishable nature of our products, orders being shipped to warm climates above 75 degrees will be shipped overnight.
Fedex 2nd Day
- Orders received Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday - this to avoid products being stored in a shipping facility over the weekend
Fedex Overnight
- Cut off time is 5pm CST Monday through Thursday
- Orders received Friday will be shipped on the following Monday – this is to avoid products being stored in a shipping facility over the weekend
- For Saturday delivery please go under “Overnight Saturday” delivery
Fedex Overnight Saturday delivery
- Cut off time is 5pm CST Friday
- Select this option if you want your order delivered on Saturday.
Fedex Ground
- Orders received Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday - this to avoid products being stored in a shipping facility over the weekend
- Package delivery takes 3 to 5 days for ANY location. Delay may incur during Holiday time.
- Not available to certain states.
Messenger
- Cut off time is 2pm CST
- Same day delivery - valid ONLY for business or residence with frontdesk/doorman services (check Fedex Ground otherwise)
- Signature upon delivery is mandatory for this service
Future Ship Date
- Select this feature for any future shipment. This is the date the order will ship NOT the date the order will arrive
- Black out dates apply (check type of delivery services)
Delivery information
- Billing address, shipping address and mode of payment are critical.
- Teuscher is not responsible for errors in information that is being provided
- Costs resulting from such errors will be charged back to the customer (i.e. wrong address, apartment #, zip code etc…)
- Fedex charges an extra fee of $10 for return or redelivery of package
